Ardsley Bible Chapel, on Jenkintown Road in Ardsley, has been a customer for more than fifteen years. When the church needed a new roof, Aronson handled it the way any reroof gets handled. What made the job unusual came after: the building also needed a new steeple set back on top of it, and a steeple is not a job you can quote off a drawing. Aronson took it on billed time and materials, brought a boom truck back to the site, and had the whole crew guide the steeple down by hand while one man worked underneath to secure it in place. Nobody asked them to go that far. They went anyway, because the church had been a customer for fifteen years and that is what fifteen years earns.
The thing customers bring up on their own is the cleanup.
